We utilize the services of an independent safety consulting company, who do random audits and ensure all projects are executed under the required safety plans and policies.

Our core team of skilled labour and foreman undergo safety training regularly with an accredited institution. We also aim to educate our staff to improve their ability on site, to work safe and competent and ensure the client has the peace of mind that his contractor is the best in the market.

The human resource department runs in conjunction with the administration office. All human resource aspects are controlled and recorded by the office with the assistance of the site managers.

VCON operates as a professional outfit with a complete admin unit. This unit makes use of Pastel Professional Programs, ensuring that all financial aspects of the company are run efficiently and profitably. We also make use of an auditing firm, BJ Priest and Associates, who hold regular meetings with Management ensuring that VCON remains a sound financially strong corporation.
